Pan Peninsula Mixed-Use Retrofit
Common Ground Workshop have been commissioned by Ballymore to develop architectural and interior design proposals for the retrofit of 20 residential units, a penthouse amenity lounge, and a series of ground floor commercial units at Pan Peninsula, a 49 storey development on the Isle of Dogs.
The high specification flats will be provided at various levels of the existing high rise building and will offer exceptional living standards, incorporating natural materials throughout and including provision for flexibility and home working. Following a detailed feasibility and concept stage, the project is currently at planning stage.
