Common Ground Workshop have been appointed by Studio Millership to assist with developing interior proposals for a series of common parts spaces located within a twelve-storey residential tower, by Tim Groom Architects. The scheme is located on Bendix street within the Ancoats district of Manchester and features built-to-rent residential properties alongside a reception, co-working residents lounge over two levels, and a flexible health and wellbeing suite at the eleventh floor, with large external terrace and yoga space.
