Our first development project ‘Lloyd Eist House’ has been featured in the Evening Standard article ’10 of London’s most creative infill homes for sale now’.

Common Ground Workshop worked alongside partner company Common Ground Developments – 1, purchasing the site and developing the scheme into a flexible and sustainable detached family home.

The works involved the refurbishment of a mid-century warehouse building located in Camberwell, London, transforming it from an industrial storage building to residential use. The home has been named in honour of the Lloyd Eist Foundation, which was set up in memory of the former owner’s late son, Mr Lloyd Eist.
