North Acton Workspace
Common Ground Workshop have completed an extensive Category B workspace and catering facility fit out for a leading catering client, located in North Acton, working with Artemis Interior Services.
The works sit within an extensive new build warehouse premises that provides extensive storage, refrigeration, and operational space, alongside the Category B workspace, catering and broadcast facilities, lounge and staff areas, across 25,000 sqft and over 3 storeys. Designed by CMI Architects at RIBA Stages 0-3, Common Ground Workshop were appointed at RIBA Stages 4 and 5 by Artemis to provide a Lead Designer consultancy role, successfully tendering for the project with Artemis and then completing technical designs, and co-ordinating the construction works.
