The Circle

Located in heart of London’s Shad Thames, The Circle is a Post Modern mixed use development surrounded by ex-industrial warehouses in a Grade II listed context. Common Ground Workshop were commissioned to develop the interiors of a series of workspace units located along the Queen Elizabeth Street frontages.

The brief called for a speculative Category A fit out to accommodate prospective tech start-up tenants and to bring essential business to the local area.
