Spitalfields House has been shortlisted for the AJ Manser Medal House of The Year Award 2022

Common Ground Workshop’s recently completed Spitalfields House project has been shortlisted for the AJ Manser Medal House of The Year Award 2022.

The scheme was selected alongside some exceptional new build and renovation residential projects. The full shortlist can be viewed here

The long-standing prize recognises the best completed house in the UK and was named after the renowned British architect Michael Manser (1929-2016).
