Rottura – The Brentford Project

Common Ground Workshop have completed Stage 4 proposals for a new restaurant, with café/ deli and retail space at ‘The Brentford Project’, by Ballymore.

The Brentford Project development, currently under construction, will provide a ‘’new town centre’’, reconnecting yards, lanes and the existing high-street to the waterfront. The public realm will be punctuated by a thriving food and beverage, entertainment, and retail mix, ‘’creating a place for Londoners to eat, drink, play and work, and experience independent makers, growers, art, music and waterside activities’’ (Ballymore).

Having worked at Michelin stared restauranteurs, and formally competed on ‘Master Chef The Professionals’, the clients have created ‘Rottura’ to offer Italian inspired food and a modern European counter service, serving products from pastries and cakes to small plates and, to a full dining experience.
