City Island Grocer and Restaurant

Common Ground Workshop has been commissioned to overhaul an existing cluster of prominent retail and hospitality spaces at the prestigious London City Island Development, East London.

The scheme proposes a key destination at the Island with outreach to the wider East London community, and will re-programme the extensive cluster of interiors to offer greatly enhanced connectivity, interior finishes and community-focused user experience at the site.
